Campus Masterplan

Area: 32 acres
Location: Nashik
Year: 2023-2027
Type: Master Plan

The brief asked for a building that would sit quietly in its setting while giving every room a clear relationship to the landscape around it. The plan is organised around a shaded central court that draws air and light deep into the interior.

Materials are kept deliberately few — board-marked concrete, lime plaster and local stone — so that the architecture reads as one continuous surface, weathering slowly and evenly over time.

Openings are placed to frame specific views rather than to maximise glazing, keeping the interior cool through the warmest months and giving each space its own particular quality of light.
