Two multifunctional courtyards form the heart of the building, bringing natural light, ventilation and landscape deep into the workplace. Carefully designed to filter harsh sunlight, they create comfortable environments that encourage informal interaction, collaboration and moments of reflection.

A restrained palette of exposed concrete responds to the site's rugged character while ensuring durability and low maintenance. Honest materials, generous daylight and climate-responsive planning come together to create a workplace that is efficient, resilient and enduring.
